A nationally recognized arts leader, speaker, and advocate, Mr. Greer works to strengthen communities through arts investment, leadership development, research, and public policy advocacy. Under his leadership, ArtsFund supports hundreds of arts and cultural organizations across Washington State, helping ensure that creativity remains an essential part of civic life.


Mr. Greer brings a unique perspective to arts leadership, having worked as a professional dancer, nonprofit executive, business leader, and philanthropist. His career has spanned the United States, India, and China, and his academic background includes studies in economics, mathematics, education, and business, including an MBA from the Wharton School.


A passionate advocate for the role of the arts in building healthier, more connected communities, Mr. Greer frequently speaks about the intersection of creativity, education, economic development, and civic engagement. His work highlights how arts organizations contribute to cultural enrichment, community well-being, workforce development, and social connection.
