My engagement with theater began in elementary school, where I first discovered a love for performing on stage. What started as excitement about memorizing lines and stepping into character has grown into a deep, sustained commitment to the craft. Since then, theater has remained both an academic pursuit and a lived practice.

Over the years, I have dedicated 700+ hours to theater performance, mentorship, and production, taking on both lead and supporting roles in classical and contemporary works. I am an active member of the Washington State Thespian Society, winning Washington State Thespian Excellence Awards over the years and qualifying as a Delegate to the International Thespian Festival, where I engaged with student artists from across the country and deepened my understanding of performance, collaboration, and storytelling.
Beyond performance, I am passionate about theater’s impact across generations. Through Intergenerational Theater & Senior Wellness Initiatives, I have directed and produced theater programs for senior centers in Sammamish and Issaquah for three consecutive summers. I designed performances that addressed themes of loneliness, aging, and community connection, intentionally creating shared creative spaces where elementary students and seniors could engage with one another through storytelling.
For me, theater is about building bridges, amplifying voices, and fostering meaningful human connection. Through performance, mentorship, and production work, it has shaped my artistic growth, leadership and deep commitment to storytelling.

Senior Wellness in the community
I strongly believe that the arts can bridge generations and strengthen communities. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for young performers to engage with senior communities through storytelling and live performance. I see senior wellness as more than a medical issue — it’s about connection, purpose, and shared experiences. My goal is to build initiatives that combine creativity, service, and sustainable business models to support both young artists and older adults in meaningful ways.

Business and Entrepreneurship
My passion for business and economics complements my creative interests. Through DECA and competitive business events, I’ve developed skills in financial literacy, strategic thinking, and real-world problem solving. I’m especially interested in how economic principles shape industries, including the performing arts and emerging technology sectors. I see business not as separate from creativity, but as the engine that allows meaningful ideas to scale, become sustainable, and create measurable impact.

Podcasting and Content Creation
Through my theater-focused podcast, I turn my curiosity into conversations. I interview professors and experts to explore the history and evolution of global theater traditions, and I work to make those discussions engaging and accessible. I think intentionally about narrative structure, audience engagement, and analytics so I can continually improve the listening experience. For me, content creation isn’t just about producing episodes — it’s about building an intellectual community around storytelling and preserving the cultural significance of the arts.

Theater and Performing Arts
Theater has always been more than a hobby for me — it’s where creativity, history, and human connection intersect. I’m fascinated by how performance has evolved across cultures and centuries, and how storytelling shapes the way societies think and feel. I don’t just love being part of the arts; I love understanding how productions are structured, how audiences respond, and how theater builds community. I’m especially interested in how data and emerging technologies can help sustain and expand the reach of the performing arts in a modern world.
